Hi Roger,
A note to thank you for your profesionalism and friendly service that you offered when our hot water heater
broke down last saturday at Jones RV Park.
Every time we turn on the hot water tap we think of you and how it could have
been driving to Canada with no hot water.
Thanks again.
Norm & Yve, Bathurst, NB, Canada.

comments: I called Roger/RBI with an electricall dead coach. He talked me through some troubleshooting, made a suggestion
for something I should try, and told me to call him back if it didn't work. Well, it worked perfectly and cost me 89
cents. Obviously, I'm a novice, but I appreciate his responsiveness, professionalism, capability, and unselfishness
(he didn't make a dime). I will call him for all my RV service needs. Great guy.

Dear Roger,
I really appreciate you calling
us on Saturday to help us (who you have never met) with our air conditioner problem in our motorhome. Without you, we
would have been miserable in the heat of Atlanta.
My husband
and I made numerous calls to various "motorhome air conditioning repair men" and each one of them said we had to
wait until Monday and bring the motorhome in for repairs. To find someone like you who could diagnose the problem and
FIX it over the phone- well to say the least was impressive.
Our thanks to you and be assured that your phone number is now in our files should we ever have any motorhome problem again.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Ballard

Dear Roger,
Although this letter of appreciation
is a little late in coming your way, we would like to express our thanks for your help over the phone in early February.
The problem turned out to be fuses blowing with the converter. We were able to locate and change them, although at first
it appeared to be the battery breakers as had been the problem in November at Stone Mountain Park. Please accept our
thanks for an uncharged service. Also if you would send business cards our way, we would be happy to share them for
your services as we meet campers with problems.
Thanks,
Earl and
Margaret
