Tech Tips of the Season Links

Meet Roger Ingalls, our Owner and Certified Master RV Technician.  After graduating from Recreational Vehicle Service Academy (RVSA) in Palmetto, FL. in the fall of 2005,  Roger spent a year and a half in Mississippi maintaining FEMA travel trailers for Hurricane Katrina victims.  He has since come home to offer his RV services and knowledge to the RV family in the Atlanta Metro area and throughout North Georgia.

Always having been very "hands-on", working with tools, Roger decided to go to RVSA to learn the RV repair and RV service trade.  After spending 20 plus years in retail and the restaurant business, RV repair and service has been a 'breath of fresh air' out of the corporate management world.  "My desire is to continue learning all I can especially through manufacturer training and tech support", Roger relates.  As of mid-summer, 2008, Roger has attended several factory certifications including HWH Hydraulics, Aqua-Hot, Dometic Training, and is planning on more as they come available.  "I will continue to strive in gaining experience and any up-dated knowledge through workshops, seminars and factory schools so as to offer my customers the absolute best service available when I show up at their RV location."  RBI is committed to providing the best service and results to gain positive 'word-of-mouth' referrals and advertisement. "I fully understand that my word is my bond and that is, on which RBI Mobile RV Repair, will grow."
2007-2008 has been an incredible first year for RBI Mobile RV Repair.  On August 5th, RBI celebrated its first complete year in business and Roger reflects on the year:
" I, at first didn't think Atlanta would provide a good market for a mobile tech business.  I have been extremely pleased with the customer base and repeat business found here in the Metro area."   The customer base is not the "traveller" or weekend camper, but more full-timers and contractors living in their RV's as they work in their various fields in the Atlanta area.  Roger states; "Our market includes a very large area surrounding Atlanta with a mileage radius of over 50 miles.  That results in a lot of miles driven in a day or week.  Time and expenses are always a factor, but so far RBI is doing well!  We look forward to a continued successful relationship with our existing clients as well as new ones we engage."
